Fairgrowth Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., established in 1998, is a leading Executive Search firm hiring leadership and niche talent across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, Manufacturing & Conglomerates.

Location: Borivali (West), Mumbai

Experience: 0–3 Years

Experienced recruiters + Smart & enthusiastic Freshers are welcome!

Preference: Candidates from Mumbai's Western Line

What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS & other platforms.
• Screen and coordinate candidates for mid to senior-level positions.
• Build talent pipelines and manage candidate relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and TAT.

What We Look For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sourcing and networking ability.
• Recruitment / Executive Search experience preferred, but smart freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Target-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
