We are looking for dynamic Recruiters to join our team and work on mandates for leading Bank.
Experience: 2+ years in Recruitment, with exposure to Banking & Financial Services hiring
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for Banking roles
• Sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
• Managing requirements and hiring timelines
• Coordinating interviews and Recruitment Drives at Bank Branches
✔ Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
✔ Good communication and relationship-building abilities
