Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter position located in Tiruchirappalli. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the company. Daily tasks include posting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs. The Recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and utilizing creative methods to attract top talent while aligning recruitment strategies with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• 3+years experience with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and databases
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
• Analytical mindset to assess candidate profiles and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple job openings effectively
• Familiarity with employment laws, best practices, and diversity in recruitment practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting for industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or technology is an added advantage
