o Source, screen, and interview candidates.

Onboarding & Training
o Organize orientation programs for new hires.
o Support employee development through training initiatives.
Employee Relations
o Address grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
o Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
o Oversee salary processing and benefits distribution.
o Maintain accurate employee records.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRMP) are a plus.
Core Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
o Knowledge of HR software and labour regulations.
Experience: 25 years in HR roles preferred.
