Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job portals.
  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment status.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
