Recruiter - US IT Staffing

IMR Soft is looking for a passionate and driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment and the ability to source, screen, and close candidates for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals for contract and full-time roles
• Work on requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
• Screen candidates based on technical skills and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding activities
• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in technical recruitment/staffing
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with US staffing/recruitment is preferred
