US IT Staffing recruiter

Shift: US Hours (EST/CST/PST)

About the Role

• Source, screen, and place IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles with US clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle using ATS/VMS and build strong candidate/client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database.
• Screen for technical fit, experience, rate/salary, location, and work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, OPT/CPT).
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations (rates/salary), and offer acceptance/onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, submissions, and compliance in ATS/VMS.
• Partner with Account Managers on requisition intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
• Meet/ exceed daily/weekly KPIs: submissions, interviews, offers, starts.
• Nurture talent pools for high-demand skill sets and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of US IT recruiting or staffing agency experience (MSP/VMS environment preferred).
• Proven success filling roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Support.
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, W2/C2C/1099, rate negotiations, and immigration categories.
• Hands-on with ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva) and VMS (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass); Boolean/X-Ray sourcing.
• Excellent communication, urgency, and stakeholder management; comfortable working US time zones.

Preferred

• Experience with high-volume MSP programs and SLAs.
• Technical screening familiarity (Java, .NET, Python, AWS/Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Metrics-driven and resilient in a fast-paced, quota environment
