Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Experience required:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and sourcing skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles
- Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn
