WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and oversee Treelife's hiring process. This role is responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business leaders to understand and identify talent acquisition needs and opportunities
- Manage all aspects of talent acquisition including identifying selection criteria, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in cooperation with the hiring manager.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for the key roles
- Develop and implement strategies to attract passive talents
- Manage cooperative relationships with external partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-2years of Talent acquisition/recruitment experience
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels including, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, IIM jobs and networking
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong track record and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, entrepreneurial, open-minded, and high passion for technology
- Strong influencing and consultative skills combined with problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
