Job Title- HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates.
- Assist with offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience-
- 1 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
