Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and mid-level positions across various functions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels including direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- Handle a high-volume recruitment pipeline (25-30 roles) ensuring quality and speed.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements.
- Provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools.
- Implement cost-efficient and innovative sourcing models to drive diversity hiring.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage recruitment data and analytics to monitor key metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity ratios.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and generate reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes based on insights.
