The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates across various departments.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior recruiters and support their professional development.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
