We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter & Team Leader to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in recruitment while also taking on leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent while guiding a team of recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
