Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on target-based hiring goals. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role requires collaboration with hiring teams to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing and candidate screening
- Experience in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships
- Analytical skills for tracking recruiting metrics and performance targets
- Some understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience; target-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
