Role: HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

Experience Required: Freshers to 4 Years

Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to start or grow your career in HR We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic candidates for the HR Recruiter role. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in recruitment are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases

* Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements

* Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

* Conduct initial HR screening calls

* Follow up with candidates till final joining

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

* Work on multiple Non-IT hiring requirements simultaneously

Required Skills:

* Freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of recruitment or strong interest in HR recruitment

* Comfortable using job portals, social media, and MS Excel/Google Sheets

* Quick learner with good follow-up and coordination skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings

Preferred Candidate:

* MBA/Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

* Internship or prior experience in recruitment will be an added advantage

* Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred

* Comfortable working from office in Noida
