Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: RR Nagar, Bangalore

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in RR Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in talent acquisition and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

• Utilize top online job portals to source and screen resumes based on client requirements.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.

Interviewing:

• Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Share detailed job profiles and company information with candidates during interviews.

Candidate Engagement:

• Obtain consent from candidates for interviews with company managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through emails and verbal interactions.

Coordination:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and client company representatives.
• Assist in the offer generation process and ensure timely completion of documentation.

Follow-up:

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.

Reporting:

• Compile and submit daily reports and MIS (Management Information System) to seniors
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.

• Any other task assigned by seniors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online job portals and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
