We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring smooth candidate experience, and partnering with business teams for effective manpower planning. Operates nearly 200 branches across multiple states in India.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with business teams for manpower planning and hiring needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
• Experience in General Insurance or NBFC Company recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
