The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic recruitment experience, and be available to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively identify talent.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in marketing recruitment services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their effective use in recruitment.
- Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit effectively.
