Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter at DXFactor in Ahmedabad. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and general recruiting tasks. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to fill positions that include software developers, project managers, analysts and more.

Qualifications

• 2-4 Yrs of exp in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and general recruiting tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to track and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases, including experience with MS Excel
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting goals and objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
