Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and references.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and role fit.
- Coordinate with clients for feedback, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring.
- Keep recruitment trackers and reports updated regularly.
Requirements
- Female candidate with 13 years of proven recruitment experience.
- Experience working with multiple clients across different domains.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals.
- MBA in HR or related field preferred.
