Requirements

Good Communication Skill
Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings.
Source candidates through networking cold calling
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adjusting strategies as per the recruitment needs
Possess a good understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software.
Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Be open to learning and taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
Create and maintain assignment track the candidate/ Candidates pipelines in the AI Application tracking system at manatal.com
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where appropriate).
