We are looking for a talented and proactive HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Chennai. If you hold an MBA in Human Resources or an Equivalent Degree, have hands-on experience recruiting for International BPO clients, and are ready to hit the ground running, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for International BPO roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding)
- Payroll processing and management
- Employee data management & record keeping
- New joiner onboarding & induction
- Exit formalities & full-and-final settlement
- Employee retention initiatives
- Attendance & leave management
Must-Have Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Proven experience recruiting for International BPO / Call Center / Voice Process roles
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (must be fluent)
- Based in Chennai and ready to join immediately
