Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and a passion for finding the right fit for the organization.
Role Description
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain a detailed database of candidates and keep records of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Support the development of recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
- High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for specific industries or roles (Sales, Operations, Non-IT sector majorly) is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
