Roles & Responsibilities
Recruiting Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Technicians, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers in the US region for permanent and contractual positions.
Using the comprehensive job description, source candidates from job portals and internal databases.
Reach out to candidates who fit the criteria via call, Text, email, or LinkedIn.
Also use job postings on employment websites and social media platforms to market the jobs and attract applicants.
Utilize pinpoint screening techniques to identify passive candidates.
Need to be a team player, work closely with team managers, and design recruiting strategies for each job position you work on.
Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.

Good communication skills.
Prior experience in the Healthcare recruitment process is a must.
