Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for networking and candidate assessment.
- Technical Proficiency: LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
