Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Lucknow. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensuring timely and effective hiring. The Recruiter will also maintain applicant databases, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in employer branding and crafting effective job descriptions is a plus
  • Previous experience in recruiting across various roles and industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance
