Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruiter, based in Thane. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the institution. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads to understand staffing requirements, improving employer branding to attract top talent, maintaining candidate databases, and overseeing onboarding procedures to ensure seamless integration for new hires. Additionally, the role will involve staying up-to-date with current recruitment trends and strategies to continually enhance hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment strategies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in onboarding processes and maintaining candidate databases
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices in educational institutions is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Candidate must have 3-8 years experience
• Candidate should be from Thane or near to Thane.
