EU Technical Recruiter

Experience Required: 13 years in IT recruitment, with direct exposure to Europe / UK / Ireland markets.

We're looking for a tech recruiter who enjoys the hunt someone who understands IT/Cloud Infrastructure and engineering roles, knows how to build passive pipelines, and can navigate hiring across Europe / DACH / Ireland.

What You'll Do

  • Own the sourcing, screening and delivery lifecycle (180) for tech roles across Europe and Ireland.
  • Source and engage EU citizens, visa/workrights holders and other eligible candidates, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing channels to build and maintain highquality passive talent pipelines, especially for recurring or hardtofill roles.
  • Evaluate candidates holistically skills, motivation, compensation, work rights, relocation needs and timeline not just keyword matches.
  • Guide candidates through each interview stage with clear communication and strong preparation.
  • Partner closely with hiring stakeholders to refine role requirements, share market insights and adjust search strategies as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Handson experience recruiting across Europe / DACH / UK / Ireland.
  • Strong understanding of IT/Infrastructure and software development roles, tech stacks and how different profiles fit into engineering organisations.
  • Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, InMails, job postings) with an active, meaningful network.
  • A structured approach to candidate assessment, documentation and communication.
  • Clear, concise communication written and verbal with both candidates and business stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, a selfdriven learning mindset and comfort working in a fastmoving, international environment.
