Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and references
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly

Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Shortlist profiles as per client expectations

Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback
  • Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process

Client Handling

  • Work closely with Business Development / Account Managers
  • Understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Share relevant profiles within TAT

Offer & Closure

  • Negotiate salary and terms with candidates
  • Ensure offer acceptance and joining confirmation
  • Maintain offer-to-joining ratio

Database Management

  • Maintain candidate records in ATS / Excel
  • Update daily reports and recruitment trackers
