About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Engineering Recruiter with 25 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote role for a recruiter who has direct experience filling non-IT engineering roles specifically in power, utilities, and infrastructure and wants to work with premium direct clients while earning a highly competitive incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles including SCADA Engineers, Substation Planners, Distribution Designers, Reliability Engineers, and similar positions
- Source and pipeline passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, and Boolean search strategies
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral screenings to match candidates against job requirements
- Submit candidates through VMS platforms within client-defined timeframes
- Handle rate and compensation negotiations across W2 arrangements
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a pipeline for recurring requirements
Must-Have Requirements
- 25 years of dedicated US Staffing experience with a focus on non-IT engineering roles
- Proven track record working with Direct Clients or MSPs not sub-vendor layers
- Hands-on experience with JobDiva is mandatory
- Working knowledge of engineering disciplines power systems, utilities, energy, or infrastructure
- Strong English communication skills for daily interaction with US-based candidates and clients
- Must be available to work strictly in EST time zone
