Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and C2H positions.
• Source suitable candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, as well as through network and references.
• Focus on niche IT skills including SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and other technologies.
• Coordinate recruitment drives during weekdays and weekends.
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling.
• Conduct recruitment rounds including online test (mandatory), L1 virtual interview, and L2 virtual interview.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely status updates.
• Ensure smooth work-from-home operations with self-managed productivity.
