Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Jindal
GCC. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent across GCC roles while
ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
3. Source candidates through multiple channels:
a. Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
b. Social media platforms
c. Employee referrals
d. IJP
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
5. Maintain and update candidate data in Success Factor
6. Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT
7. Drive employer branding initiatives for Jindal GCC
8. Collect the documents required for salary negotiations and offer rollouts
9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
10. Track recruitment metrics (offer vs join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, etc.)
11. Connect with team leads to understand requirement.
Key Requirements:
1. Master's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
2. 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in GCC / Corporate /
Manufacturing setup)
3. Strong experience in lateral hiring (Experience in Plant Hiring is preferred)
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
7. Experience of driving walk in interviews and bulk hiring.

1. Experience hiring for Engineering / Manufacturing / Sales roles
2. Strong networking and sourcing skills
3. Data-driven mindset with reporting capabilities
4. Exposure to employer branding and campus engagement.
