Location: Bund Garden, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 27-32k

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with mandatory real estate industry experience to manage end-to-end hiring for our organization. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring real estate agents, sales professionals, and corporate staff. The ideal candidate is well-versed in real estate hiring requirements and sales-driven profiles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate and sales roles

Source candidates through job boards such as Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future real estate hiring needs

Manage offers, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or tracking tools

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3+ years of recruitment experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate industry

Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn

Proven ability to hire for real estate sales, channel partners, and corporate roles

Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
