Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Chandigarh. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring for the company in marketing, sales and operations verticals primarily. Day-to-day tasks include posting job opportunities, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for their suitability, skills, and qualifications. The Recruiter will also maintain a strong talent pipeline, collaborate with the operations team, and ensure adherence to company hiring standards while contributing to the overall team goals.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment and talent sourcing skills, including candidate screening and interviewing
• Proficiency in communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify skill sets relevant to the beauty and service industries
• Experience in database management, tracking applicant progress, and utilizing recruitment tools
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
