Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter (Oil And Gas) to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for positions in the Oil and Gas industry. This is a Full-Time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for the Oil and Gas industry
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry terminology, roles, and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for open positions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and job descriptions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate suitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process
