Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter (Oil And Gas) to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for positions in the Oil and Gas industry. This is a Full-Time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions in the Oil and Gas industry
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate suitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process
