About the Role

We are hiringOil & Gas Recruiterswith strong experience inGCC hiring,blue-collar sourcing, andsub-agent network management. The recruiter will handle bulk manpower requirements for shutdowns, construction, maintenance, and long-term Oil & Gas projects across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseas / GCC Recruitment

  • Handle sourcing for Gulf countries: UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait.
  • Recruit technicians, fabricators, welders, riggers, helpers, supervisors, operators, and other skilled categories.
  • Ensure compliance with overseas hiring standards and documentation.

2. Blue-Collar & Bulk Hiring

  • Implement high-volume sourcing strategies through sub-agents, local networks, job fairs, and mobilization hubs.
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong agent network across key sourcing cities.

3. Candidate Assessment & Shortlisting

  • Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and project relevance.
  • Coordinate trade tests, interviews, and skill evaluations.

4. Mobilization & Deployment

  • Coordinate medicals, visa processing, travel, and joining timelines.
  • Maintain 100% documentation accuracy and ensure fast mobilization as per client schedules.

5. Client Coordination & Delivery

  • Understand manpower requirements for shutdowns, maintenance, EPC, and Oil & Gas projects.
  • Share shortlisted profiles, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain MIS reports, sourcing trackers, and daily status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum3 years of experience in GCC / overseas recruitmentfor Oil & Gas.
  • Strong sourcing capability through sub-agents and local networks.
  • Experience inbulk blue-collar and skilled manpower hiring.
  • Understanding of competencies for refinery, petrochemical, EPC, and fabrication roles.
  • Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight mobilization timelines.
