Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Must have experience in Blue Collar Hirings, White Collar Hirings and Facility Management.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
