Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Must have experience in Blue Collar Hirings, White Collar Hirings and Facility Management.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
