Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Rohini. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding. This role will also involve maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, creating recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organization's staffing objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing
• Strong abilities in Sourcing, Resume Screening, and Interview Scheduling
• Proficiency in Candidate Relationship Management and fostering strong hiring manager partnerships
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in IT or technology-driven hiring will be an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Rohini and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
