Now100 is seeking a Senior Recruiter in India to manage full life cycle recruiting for key roles within a financial industry client. The recruiter will actively source, interview, and screen candidates, working closely with senior-level hiring managers to fill current and future job openings while promoting career opportunities within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Search and source candidates using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates work history, skills, education, and fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records
- Communicate with applicants about employment opportunities, selection status, and company benefits
- Provide detailed information to candidates about the company, operations, and career paths
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
