Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Recruiter specializing in US IT Staffing on the vendor side. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified technical talent, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure successful placements. The recruiter will work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring objectives and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting, with the ability to identify and evaluate potential candidates for IT roles
• Solid experience in Recruiting strategies and best practices
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in US IT Staffing is a strong advantage
