Source and screen candidates across multiple business units

Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

Maintain recruitment trackers and client reports

Handle offer negotiations and closures

Mentor new team members on process and delivery

Eligibility:

Bachelor's Degree / Equivalent Experience

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Flexible to work in night shifts
