About The Role

We are seeking a high-performance Recruitment Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our hiring initiatives, particularly for Virtual Assistants and various business roles. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for front-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates to ensure a seamless transition to the interview process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate speed, meticulous attention to detail, and sound judgment in assessing candidates communication skills, professionalism, and suitability for roles. This is a target-driven position that requires consistent performance, ownership, and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions without compromising quality. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking organization while honing your recruitment expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent spoken English with clear and professional communication skills
  • High attention to detail in resume screening and candidate evaluation
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on results

Good-To-Have

  • Experience in hiring for healthcare or virtual assistant roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, sourcing techniques, and job portals
  • Basic understanding of structured interview methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify potential candidates. Maintain a consistent pipeline to support 5–10 hires per month. Track and manage candidate data using Google Sheets, with plans for ATS implementation in the future.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes to shortlist candidates based on role-specific criteria. Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication clarity, professionalism, attitude, role understanding, and relevant experience. Apply structured screening frameworks to ensure objective evaluation.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce drop-offs and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
  • Candidate Experience: Represent the company professionally during all candidate interactions. Clearly communicate role details, expectations, and next steps. Strive to provide a positive candidate experience, including respectful communication even in rejection scenarios.
  • Process Discipline and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data. Track key recruitment metrics such as applications received, candidates shortlisted, screened, and ultimately selected. Identify bottlenecks and flag quality issues early to improve the recruitment process.
