• Job posting: Create job descriptions and assist with job advertisements
• Screening: Review applications and select qualified candidates
• Scheduling: Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions
• Negotiating: Negotiate job offers and employment contracts
• Onboarding: Onboard new hires and follow up with them after hiring
• Recruitment strategies: Develop recruitment strategies and maintain candidate records
• Sourcing: Source and reach out to potential employees
• Interviewing: Interview and assess prospective applicants
