Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Finance and Accounting recruitment (2-7 years).
• Expertise in non-IT hiring.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
