Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to launch a new recruitment practice in a new domain and build a thriving business around this key position. This role involves managing the end-to-end permanent staffing recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing a team of dedicated consultants. If you have a proven track record in permanent recruitment within the Non-IT industry and are ready to take on a leadership role with significant autonomy, this is an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Launch a new practice in a new domain and build a business around this key position.
  • Meet clients (if working in a metro location) and build a team of consultants reporting directly to you to service the open positions of empaneled clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and delivery management.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee team handling responsibilities such as team motivation, goal setting, performance evaluation, and training.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 12-16 years of experience in the NON-IT industry (BFSI/Consumer) with expertise in permanent recruitment (domestic).
  • Current Role: Currently working as a Practice Head/Lead/Manager in another Recruitment Firm.
  • Client Engagement: Proven track record of successful client engagement and retention.
  • Practice Management: Strong understanding of practice management principles with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent influencing skills with the ability to negotiate deals effectively.
  • Firm Experience: Strong experience of working in a Pan India Based Recruitment Firm (Mandatory).
