Job Description – Recruiter (Non-Technical Hiring)

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Work Model:

Hybrid – 4 Days from Client Office

Role Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing complete end-to-end non-technical hiring for FMCG / Consumer Goods roles. The role demands strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, data orientation, and experience handling high-volume requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategy

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for FMCG roles

• Screen and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and role alignment

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Drive offer negotiations and closure within defined timelines

• Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability in FMCG sector Key Requirements

• 4–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Goods

• Strong understanding of Sales and frontline commercial roles

• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong knowledge of End-to-End (E2E) recruitment lifecycle

• Data-savvy with strong reporting and tracking capability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Sourcing Channels
