Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding hiring needs to onboarding.
- Source and attract top talent across creative, digital, strategy, client servicing, and production roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate and conduct screening interviews, schedule rounds with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and databases.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of creative and marketing roles (designers, copywriters, strategists, account managers, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
