Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate data using ATS (Zoho Recruit or similar)
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
  • Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closures
  • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for IT, healthcare, or engineering roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Experience working with international clients (Canada/US staffing is a plus)
