Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions

-Understand client/manpower requirements and job specifications

-Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

-Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

-Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback

-Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

-Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts

-Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process

-Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools

Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment

Knowledge of IT technologies and Non-IT domains

Strong negotiation and coordination skills
