Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions across the United States, with a primary focus on W2 and permanent placements.

This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Recruit for a wide range of IT and Non-IT permanent positions across multiple industries.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS databases, and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate work authorization and eligibility for W2 employment.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
  • Meet recruitment KPIs including submissions, interviews, placements, and time-to-fill targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of US recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of permanent and W2 hiring models.
  • Knowledge of US work authorization categories (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent candidate screening and interviewing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting in Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or Corporate Functions.
  • Experience working with staffing agencies or recruitment firms.
  • Track record of successful placements in competitive talent markets.
